Dear colleagues,
Athens Medical Group (AMG) was founded in 1984 by Dr. G Apostolopoulos with a vision to stop
the outflow of Greek patients to established medical destinations in Western Europe and the USA.
From its first years of operation it became the leader of the Greek Healthcare sector offering services
by the best scientists of every medical specialty. For more than 30 years it has been continuously
investing, both in Greece and abroad, thus constantly improving the level of its services.

Today, AMG is a top-level European Medical Group, whose hospitals operate under the strictest
international quality criteria, with specialized and experienced medical and nursing personnel and
state-of-the-art medical equipment. Innovative methods and techniques are constantly adopted and
many of them are firstly presented on a worldwide level in AMG.

In order to celebrate its leading role as a private Healthcare Group in the region it is organizing the
Athens Medical Leadership and Innovation Conference (AMLI), 23-25 September 2016, at
the Megaron Athens International Conference Center.

The Scientific Program of the Conference will emphasize on the innovations concerning the following
leading sectors of activities: oncology, robotic surgery, orthopaedics, cardiology-cardiovascular
surgery, neurology-neurosurgery, internal medicine, cosmetic medicine, obstetrics gynecology,
paediatrics as well as on the scientific cooperation with Yale University.
